Vincent Roders
Authority on A.I. in the workplace
Step into the world of Vincent, the marketing veteran who translates AI into the workplace. After more than twenty-five years at multinationals like Aegon, Robeco and Essent, he committed fully to artificial intelligence in 2023 — not as an observer, but as a guide. Since then, he has trained more than 4,000 professionals in HR, healthcare, education and government. From Schiphol and ING to hospitals and municipalities: everywhere he brings the same question back to the essentials. Not whether AI will change your work, but how you'll tackle it tomorrow. His style is direct, energetic and completely jargon-free. Participants leave his sessions not with abstract promises about the future, but with concrete tools that work the very next morning.

Biography
Twenty-five years at the forefront of digital innovation
Vincent Roders built his foundation as an online marketing manager at leading multinationals such as Aegon, Robeco and Essent. In addition, he established several of his own online ventures. This combination of corporate scale and entrepreneurial risk means he always views technology through the same lens: what does it deliver, and for whom?
The complete transition to AI
In 2023, he dedicated his practice entirely to AI trainings and keynotes. He guides organizations through the adoption of tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini — from first introduction to practical agreements that stick. Not a demonstration of what's possible, but a methodology that the team takes ownership of.
From boardroom to lecture hall
More than 4,000 professionals have taken his training courses. He has worked for Schiphol, ING, Nationale Nederlanden, PostNL Belgium, VodafoneZiggo and AvroTros, as well as for TU Eindhoven, TU Delft, the AFM, Medical Center Leeuwarden, UtrechtZorg, BrabantZorg, Province of North Brabant and the municipalities of Oss, Maastricht and Utrecht.
Practice over promise
Vincent speaks and trains in both Dutch and English, for audiences in the Netherlands and Belgium. His approach is direct, energetic and always practical. Complex technology becomes everyday language with him, and abstract possibilities become concrete work patterns that participants implement the same week.
Expertise
AI Literacy in the Workplace
AI is now a colleague. The question is no longer whether you work with it, but how well. Vincent brings teams from isolated experiments to shared proficiency: the fundamentals in clear language, work patterns that save time, and agreements everyone can stick to. No fuss, no noise, no dependency on the one colleague who happens to be good at it.
Prompting as a Skill
The difference between a disappointing and an excellent result rarely lies in the tool and almost always in the question. Vincent teaches participants how to formulate a brief that actually delivers what you're looking for, how to provide context, and how to refine results — for text, image, audio and video.
AI in HR, marketing and communication
In these fields, AI is changing daily work fastest: job posting texts, CV screening, salary strategy, content production, and the shift from search engine optimization to visibility in AI answers. Vincent shows which processes you can reorganize today and what conscious choices you need to make in doing so.
Responsible and Safe Use
Speed without guardrails creates problems. Vincent addresses the current state of ethical and legal matters surrounding AI: what you do and don't do with business data, where the risks lie, and how you as an organization make agreements that are practical enough to actually implement.
